What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day wear test. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your shoes in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Are Aetrex orthotics compatible with other shoe brands?
Yes, our orthotics are designed to fit into most footwear styles, including athletic, casual, and dress shoes, provided they have a removable insole.
