Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
